Theoretically yes, but no. More clicks, the quicker it'll pick up when you pedal forward. Sound is irrelevant, and some many click hubs are noisy, some not. All depends on Pawls, springs etc, but do your own homework there.

Get Atom Lab Pimp Lite hubs, rear has lots of clicks. Get a Stans Flow rim for the front(rear if you wanna risk it), run them both tubeless. Tune front hub is also good.
I-Beam seat and post is light.
Chunked crown/stem, Diety Black label bars, ESI foam grips, KMC hollow pin chain, I'm running Gravity lite cranks. PO1NT pedals(there's lighter ones out now, but PO1NTs are good.
Renthal or The Hive chain ring, ally bolts. Ti bolts everywhere else.
Hope that helps.

Between 18 and 19Kg depending what kit I'm running(888s,40s,RC4 or DB etc). Forget weight with a Zerode, it's all between your calves, they rip,and ride light, trust me, you'll be able to chuck it about, and ride faster.
